I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York. When you enter into an exclusive agreement with a real estate brokerage, on the buy side or the sell side, that brokerage solely represents your interests. You cannot work with two brokerages at the same time. You cannot obtain information from two brokerages. Our agreement will require you to confirm you are not in an exclusive relationship with a real estate brokerage.
